We provide a comprehensive service to all our patients, including:
A full immunisation and advice service is available, but remember to plan well ahead. Complete a travel questionnaire form, and we will let you know the vaccinations you need. Some vaccinations are free of charge but most have a charge, which you will be notified of at the time of booking.
Most first outpatient appointments are now booked electronically via the electronic referral system (eRS). You can choose where and when you would like to be seen, but bear in mind that the whole treatment including any hospital stays, will be through the hospital you choose.
Coronavirus - Isolation Note
Use this service if you have to stay at at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer.
If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work ask your employer if you can work from home. If you can work from home you will not need an isolation note.
You can also use this service for someone else. Go to:
Please call the branch surgery (01622 843800) between 10.00am and 1.00pm to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request. Alternatively phone South Lane (01622 842212) after 2.00 pm.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if you are advised to do so.
Health Visitors are based at Molehill Copse.
If you need to speak to a Health Visitor
