MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL BEING

If you or someone you know are suffering adverse effects from lockdown and might benefit from extra support, the Kent Mental Health Team has set up a 24 hour helpline during the Covid-19 outbreak.  They can be reached on 0800 107 0160  or you can text KENT to 85258 for support from a trained and experienced volunteer.

Alternatively, there is a free on line course available on https://elearning.10minutecbt.co.uk/courses/10-minute-steps-to-wellbeing-during-covid-19-young-people-and-families

SAFE AND WELL

With many older and vulnerable people self isolating, they are at risk of  increased loneliness.  INVOLVE are working hard to  introduce 'Safe and Well' telephone befriending service for the most vulnerable in our community.

If you know someone who could benefit from this please contact us on 03000 810005 or email office@involvekent.org.uk

We encourage everyone to think of others and be neighbourly at this difficult time.
